white moon opened in march of 2018 and was quickly embraced by sylva locals and tourists traveling through. white moon is a melding of the founding owners - don panicko & cecelia white - their favorite flavors of NYC  &  their mutual passion for delivering quality products and a great experience in a cozy setting.  white moon brings dishes with flavors and spices inspired from all over the world using local and carefully sourced ingredients.  we change our menu constantly to ensure an inspiring and ever evolving café.  

open 6 days a week, white moon offers a selection of house baked goods, coffee, juices, smoothies, fresh breakfast and lunch options plus a carefully curated beer & wine list.
